Please note that no official arrangements have been made for child care during the Symposium. We suggest you check with your accommodation provider who may be able to assist you further with babysitting services during your stay.

Liability

In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Host, Organising Committee and EventEdge International Management Group accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay or cancellation.

Meals

We recognise that some delegates may have special dietary requirements. Please advise the Symposium Secretariat via the registration form or in writing should you require alternative arrangements be made on your behalf.

Parking

Parking is available in the secure, undercover, multi story Collie Street Car Park situated adjacent to the Esplanade Hotel Fremantle in Collie Street. Parking Discount Tickets are available to purchase allowing delegates to park for the full day at a flat rate of $10.00, subject to change. Parking Discount Tickets can be purchased by completing the relevant section on the Registration Form. Tickets can be collected from the Hotel on the day of the event.

Smoking Policy

The West Australian Government imposes a strict no smoking policy in venues, restaurants, bars and shopping centres in Perth.

Venue

The Esplanade Hotel is located 20 minutes by car/taxi from the City of Perth and 30 minutes from Perth’s domestic and international airport terminals.
